We hope everyone enjoyed the week of summer this Spring! We managed to plant in the field during the heatwave! Cilantro, swiss chard, spinach, radish and mesclun mix have been seeded for hopefully a May harvest and we transplanted lettuce and kale for a hopeful summer long harvest. We hope to get our onions and leeks transplanted in the coming weeks as we slowly start to transplant and ramp up to our busy May season.

Our first round of Chickens will be ready for pickup Fresh on May 18th from the farm. So if you want to place an order let us know. We will be butchering monthly this year from May until December! You can also place your order for your Thanksgiving Turkey or your Christmas Turkey!
