Winter looks to have set in. Due to the cold weather, we decided to turn the temperature down in the tomato greenhouse, and we will be cleaning up the cherry tomatoes and getting ready to transition that greenhouse and plant Spinach, Lettuce, Radish, Cilantro, Pak Choy, beets, fennel, and a few other cool weather crops for an early Spring harvest.

We ordered our seeds for 2025, and are getting excited to start planting! This year we will be using our greenhouses for our seedlings and we hope to have earlier produce as we will have a lot more room! So we hope to have stronger, healthier transplants as we have a lot more space. We will no longer plant onion hairs, and will be planting Onion pencils and maybe have earlier Peppers, Eggplants, Broccoli, Cauliflower and a little more of everything we grow.
This week we plan to pick Lettuce Mix and some Spinach, and may also have some Cherry Tomatoes as we clean up the greenhouse this week.
