2025 is not yet arrived, but this produce bag is in 2025 already. So Happy New Year! With the Winter Solstice behind us we hope to see a little more of the Sun. Growing in the winter with limited sun and cloudy days is a challenge even with some heat added.  We hope to get through January and are excited for those sunny yet cold February days.
This will be the last, last, last week of Cherry Tomatoes, we had planned to go until Christmas, but the warm weather and the rather large amount we picked the last two weeks, we decided to go one more week before we transition the greenhouse for the Spring crops.
We already have Garlic, Spring Onions, Beets, Fennel, Napa Cabbage, Caraflex Cabbage, Broccoli, Cauliflower, many Radish, Turnips, Lettuce, and Spinach all planted in the new large greenhouse, and we hope with a little more sun we may even be able to have a large selection of produce in late February or March.
