Many of you have seen, some of you have heard. We have had a rather busy year, building; farming got in the way. But we made it, we have a new large greenhouse and we have some heat to keep it from freezing. We can produce food year round! Our goal is to provide cool weather crops in January and February like Kale, Swiss Card, Spinach, Kale, Beets, Fennel, Cabbage, Lettuce Mix, Arugula, and some other surprises. Come the end of February we will transplant tomatoes enabling us to deliver you the most delicious tomatoes from early June right to the end of December.

The larger greenhouse will also make transition between crops easier as we have more greenhouse space, so we will always be able to produce a consistent amount of produce every month of the year… eventually…
