Wait. February?  Time keeps moving and with it comes the long missed SUN!  The weather forecast today will bring a smile to our little spinach and lettuce plants and they struggle for every golden ray.  It is hard to believe that our greenhouses change from little germinated plants to Arugula, Lettuce Mix, and Spinach in only 4 weeks!  We posted some pictures on the website so you can see the January plant growing progress.  Hopefully we will see you this week on the Farm or at the Guelph Farmers Market!
