This week is a busy butcher week, we are taking Chickens to the butcher Thursday for fresh pickup Friday and 5 big big piggies are going to the butcher this evening. We hope to have a full selection of pork once again hopefully next week.  The chickens look like the 5-6lb chickens we have had thus far.  Produce is in full abundance! We are now into Tomato season, and we have a lot of variety from large slicers, to many varieties of Cherry Tomatoes.  We expect to have a lot of extra near the end of August and into September for those of you who want to can and make preserves!
We are planning to pick a few more varieties of Potatoes so we should have Superior, Chieftains, Huckleberry Golds dug up this week or next depending on the weather as this week also is calling for more rain!
