We have been busy, and managed to get a lot of peppers and eggplants planted!  So we hope the summer weather and warm nights are on the way.  This week we will be potting up a lot of plants for the farmers market, so if you drop by Friday evening we will have a nice selection of plants available as well.  We will have tomatoes, onions, summer squash, celery, peppers, eggplant, and hopefully some more depending how our week goes!

For those visiting the farm, we now have pigs and a new herd of goats!   They are mingling with the cows while we wait for the pasture to grow.  So make sure you say hello to our new friends and visit them up on the hill!
If you want specific cuts of beef, let us know!  We hope to have Summer Sausage, Prime Rib Roasts, and a lot more available again come June!
