We have pork, we have beef!  Thin Cut Smoked Bacon, TBone and Ground Beef we are stocked up again with beef for the fall.  But more importantly, it is time to order your Thanksgiving Turkey if you have not already done so!   This year our Thanksgiving Turkeys goto the butcher on Friday October 8th just in time for Thanksgiving!   We have a few varieties and hope to have 15-20lb Turkeys ready for your oven!  Order early as we only have 24 available for Thanksgiving and about the same for Christmas.
We also will be butchering another 50 chickens on September 23rd, so if you would like some fresh chicken feel free to order now!   We also have some frozen whole chickens available at any time.
