For those who ordered last week, we did have the very first our Asparagus and we do hope for even more this week! We will also be thinning some Fennel so we will put some small baby Fennel into the bags as well! For those you love the green garlic, will be the last week of the green garlic as some varieties are already trying to form cloves! The scapes will be ready early June so if you want something fresh with a Garlic flavor this will be the last week for a while!

If you love to bake with Maple Syrup we have a limited supply of Very Dark Maple Syrup from Mathew Martin. In fact, we have all 24L he managed to make this year! Very Dark is the most rich Maple flavor from the last sap run of the season.
Produce bag pickup is Friday evening after 4pm, or you can optionally pickup from the Guelph Farmers Market between 7AM and Noon. This week on the farm you can see our broiler chickens out in front of the house in our new Chicken coup with the baby goats now migling with the cows for a few weeks while the pasture grass grows! We have another two chicken coups to build and we will be getting some Layers hopefully in early June and Eggs will return once again!
